Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of all stored Bluetix Social Platform data, email management@bluetix-tech.com from the email address associated with your account.

What to Include

• Your account email address.
• Your business or workspace name.
• A clear request to delete your Bluetix Social Platform data.

What We Delete

We will delete account profile data, connected social media IDs, publishing preferences, scheduled post records, and stored OAuth-related data unless retention is legally required.

Processing Time

We will confirm receipt and process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying account ownership.
