Bluetix Social Platform is a SaaS service for connecting Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts, managing destinations, and scheduling social media posts.

Data We Collect

We may collect account information, business contact details, connected social media account identifiers, Facebook Page IDs, Instagram Business Account IDs, publishing preferences, scheduled post content, media URLs, OAuth state data, and operational logs.

How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, manage connected social destinations, prepare and schedule posts, support Meta OAuth flows, improve platform reliability, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.

Third-Party Platforms

When you connect Meta services, your use is also subject to Meta's terms and platform policies. Bluetix stores only the information required to operate the requested publishing features.

Deletion Requests
